Vincent Moreau brings years of experience in working for international hotel brands to spearhead the food and beverage division at the luxury resort
Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates -: Vincent Moreau, a seasoned hotelier with more than 19 years of progressive experience in multi-cultural environments, has been appointed as the new Director of Food & Beverage at The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Hamra Beach. Since commencing his tenure, Vincent has worked closely with the dedicated Ladies and Gentlemen at The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Hamra Beach, to refine and enhance the unique and memorable culinary experiences offered to each guest.
Vincent specializes in hotel food and beverage management and has held leadership positions in several acclaimed luxury hotels and 9 countries across Europe, Northern America, The Caribbean, Africa and the Middle East, including Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, MGM Resorts International, Hilton Worldwide, Sandals Resorts International, Blue Diamond Resorts and the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.
His appointment at The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Hamra Beach marks his first endeavor in the UAE and Vincent looks forward to being instrumental in curating and delivering high quality gourmet experiences at one of the UAE’s most prestigious properties.
