Spring For Spring Flavours At Eggspectation

From the 22nd March to April the 12th, Eggspectation is serving a limited-edition Spring 2021 menu. Step into the Canadian born all day dining restaurant for a flavourful seasonal experience. Their limited-edition Spring Menu allows customers to choose a Starter or Soup, Main Course and Dessert all for just AED 109 per person. Customers can choose from an array of colourful items from starters including a Fresh Goats Cheese and Blueberry Salad, Mains including Pan Seared Salmon and end their meal on a sweet and fruity meal with a Blueberry French Toast.

GOAT CHEESE & BLUEBERRY SALAD

Arugula, mix greens, Blueberry, Goat Cheese, Grapes, Cherry Tomatoes & Walnuts tossed in a basil lemon dressing

Kale, baby spinach, sweet potato, avocado, snow peas, cherry tomatoes tossed  in a house dressing.

CRAB CAKE TAGLIATELLE

Italian style egg noodle pasta combined with ripened Avocado and cheese sauce topped with homemade Crab Cakes.

CHICKEN CORDON BLEU

Tenderized Chicken Breast rolled with smoked Turkey Ham & Gruyere cheese, served with grilled vegetables & mushroom sauce

PAN SEARED SALMON

Balsamic glazed pan seared salmon filet served with our own lyonnaise style potatoes and grilled vegetables.
