Dubai, UAE – Ramadan is just around the corner and the search has begun to find the best place in town to break your fast. Located at The Pointe, Samakjé will be offering a Lebanese-inspired menu with a seafood twist.
For AED 168 per person, guests can enjoy a five-course menu, specially curated by our Executive Chef Ahmad Alfakier, formerly of Qbara and Siraj. From sunset, every day of the week, diners can delve into a different Iftar menu. Each feast will begin with a choice of soup, followed by mouthwatering hot and cold mezzes such as Fattoush, Hummus, Chicken liver with pomegranate molasses and Lamb Fattah. The main course showcases some of Samakjé’s signature dishes like Kibbeh Labanieh and Roast Lamb Shanks with freekeh. A special drinks menu will also be available with beverages such as Tamarind, Jallad and Laban Ayran.
The celebrations don’t end there, from 8.30pm onwards, guests can enjoy the à la carte menu. With dishes such as Burrata Beiruti, Honey Grilled Halloumi, Oven Baked Sea Bass in a Salt Crust anda Lamb Kofta Platter. Those celebrating Ramadan can enjoy a luxurious feast, sitting on Samakjé’s terrace, with the views of the world’s largest fountain.
The views are equally as impressive inside, with bright and airy Mediterranean-inspired interiors. To the rear, there is a vast market-style fish counter where guests can take their pick from a selection of freshly caught fish.
