Best Employers, the leading employer benchmarking program in MENA, measures and recognizes extraordinary employers that demonstrate workplace excellence. Formerly a part of Aon, the program is now offered by Kincentric, a new business unit of Spencer Stuart, following the acquisition by Spencer Stuart of the business unit from Aon in July 2019. Findings from this year’s study show that Best Employers in the region continue to invest in creating a highly engaged workforce, with an employee engagement score of 83% compared to 69% market average. As many as 86% of employees at Best Employers believe their organization is adopting agile practices and becoming more responsive to changing needs (compared to 69% market average). Furthermore, 84% believe their organization is retaining the people they need to achieve their business goals (compared to 60% market average), demonstrating their commitment to retaining top talent in today’s highly competitive job market. This year, Kincentric has recognized Best Employers in the region across a number of sectors, ranging from logistics and hospitality to pharmaceutical and omnichannel customer experience.
