ISUZU reinforces its established status in the Kingdom
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: With record turnout and overwhelming enthusiasm, ISUZU International Free Zone (IIF), represented by its authorized dealers (Alyemni Motors Co., Bakhashab Group, Alissa Universal Motors), concluded a historic and extremely successful 40-day Mega Service Campaign across the Kingdom, during which it serviced more than 9,100 vehicles and issued 2,700 plus vehicle Health Reports. These staggering statistics consolidate ISUZU’s leading status in the Saudi light and medium trucking industry, not just in sheer sales volume but also in the provision of high-quality aftersales service by professionally trained and skilled technicians using none other than Original Spare Parts and ISUZU-certified Shell Rimula IZ heavy duty diesel oil. More crucially, ISUZU adopts competitive pricing scheme for a rare combination of quality and added value that makes customers think twice before setting a foot outside an authorized workshop. Such a business regimen bodes well for a promising expansion plan into other countries in the Gulf region.
On that occasion, Mr. Norihiro Yoshimoto, After Sales VP at ISUZU Motors International FZE, said, “I couldn’t have been more satisfied by the outcome, while being deeply touched by the profound loyalty exhibited by our customers. The response to our Mega Service Campaign has been so ‘Mega’ that we ended up working overtime to keep up with the immense demand. Such a level of interest underlines decades of hard work to build an intricate network of properly equipped service centers brimming with professional equipment and constantly trained technicians. Meanwhile, our successful partnership with Shell in Saudi Arabia enabled us to augment our traditional aftersales service with an excellent grade of diesel oil that specifically matches the characteristics of our unique range of trucks.
“We assure our customers that their loyalty hasn’t gone unnoticed, and we’ll make sure to reward their devotion with similar campaigns in the future. Most importantly, we promise an unwavering commitment to the provision of reasonably priced and high-quality customer service that befits the status of the leading Japanese brand in the Kingdom in the light and medium truck industry.”
For his part, Mr. Saher Hashem, CEO of Al Jomaih & Shell, said, “When two leading companies join efforts to provide the best for customers in aftersales service, loyalty doesn’t come as a surprise! Nevertheless, it is always pleasant to witness the huge turnout of truckers rushing to change their engines’ oil until the final days of the campaign. That speaks volumes about the credibility of Shell in the Kingdom, and empowers us to promote our partnership with ISUZU while advancing our aftersales service. We promise our dear ISUZU customers to engage in a constant development plan of Rimula IZ diesel oil to match their latest trucks and high performance diesel engines.”
