Abu Dhabi – Al Ajban Poultry Farm (AJPF), an International Holding Company (IHC), announced today, in cooperation with the Emirates Red Crescent Authority, a relief effort dedicated to supporting families and individuals impacted by COVID-19 in the communities they serve during the holy month of Ramadan.
The Pandemic relief effort is anchored by a donation of more than 41,000 KG of Al-Ajban poultry production from Al-Dar Al-Islami chicken, that has been distributed to local communities through the Emirates Red Crescent network across the country including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Al Ain, Sharjah, Ajman, Al Dhafra region, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Baniyas.
Al Ajban Poultry management thanked the efforts of all Emirates Red Crescent team members, as well as the Al-Ajban poultry team who had contributed to the initiative and made it happen.
The renowned Emirati food supply company stated that striving to be supportive, caring, and generous is in the UAE’s DNA, and the UAE has witnessed numerous initiatives that have contributed to easing pressure on members of society affected by the pandemic. These initiatives have played a significant role not only in the UAE, but also in many countries in the region and across the world under the guidance of the UAE’s wise leadership in providing humanitarian assistance to those who need it everywhere.
