Dubai, United Arab Emirates: With the days getting longer and the weather getting warmer, the sunset is becoming more and more clear and captivating. With that in mind, COYA Dubai has curated a refreshing summer Puesta del Sol menu for early diners while they enjoy sunset views of Dubai’s skyline.
In creating the Puesta del Sol menu, COYA’s chefs kept in mind the findings from health experts that eating dinner before 7pm can boost your metabolism, improve sleep, and ensure better digestion.
“Puesta del Sol or sunset is the perfect time to lounge and unwind after work and grab an early dinner with colleagues and friends. Our chefs have curated a selection of delightful dishes to share and enjoy while overlooking the city’s glittering skyline from our windows,” said Stefano Pizzini, Operations Manager, COYA Middle East.
The seasonal three-course menu consists of COYA’s famous guacamole with tortillas, a choice of soup, followed by two small dishes, and a main course, priced at AED350 per person. Guests will enjoy an array of special selected items from COYA’s a la carte menu, with vegetarian options for each course. Starters include wild mushroom ceviche, kale and cucumber salads, wagyu and lobster baos, grilled skewers, crispybaby squid, seabass croquettes, and salmon tacos. Diners can select from COYA’s signature main dishes such as char-grilled whole sea bream, Peruvian dried potato and cauliflower, spicy beef fillet, corn fed baby chicken, and Chilean sea bass. Complemented by a wide range of refreshing cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages, COYA Dubai’s Puesta del Sol menu is now available to book for dining guests from 6pm to 6:30pm.
