Rosewood Abu Dhabi welcomes Eid al Adha with festive arrangements across the property filling pretty much every time slot of the week. If you still don’t have Eid or summer plans, now is a good time to make them.
Eid Al Adha is a time of good moments with friends and family, and good moments are always better with food. Good food. Veteran Lebanese Chef Emad Zalloum will have that covered with a set menu featuring his favorite Arab dishes that will soon become your favorite as well.
The menu is available at the serene and elegant Majlis Lounge and the recently opened ‘Majlis Garden View’ for AED260 per person, featuring cold mezzehs including hummus, muttabal, Fattoush and tabbouleh, and hot mezzehs that include the delicious fried kibbeh, sambusek, and makanek to name a few. The main is a selection of juicy mixed grills or fish (samka harra). But of course, a meal is never complete without dessert, and for that the menu includes a selection of the best sweets of Arab cuisine. The menu is available the four days of Eid Al Adha.
Fridays and Saturdays are also looking pretty solid, with the ‘Rosewood Summer Friday Brunch’ and its live seafood and sushi stations, firewood-grilled meats and taco station.
Saturday has become a delightful day thanks to the ‘Wood & Fire’ brunch with a set menu featuring favorite dishes, such as Tuna tartar, the 12-hour smoked brisket, a juicy flank steak and many more delectable dishes.
The good vibes continue into the evening with ‘Hot Pot’ nights at the Cantonese cuisine outpost Dai Pai Dong where guests will enjoy a fun sharing experience. The next morning would be a good time to get ready for the ‘Yum Cha’ brunch at the same venue with a menu featuring dumplings, meats, and dessert.
To really take advantage of the long holiday, however, what better way is there than a staycation? The luxury hotel’s staycation offers this summer are diverse enough to make everyone happy: The ‘Family Time’ offer welcomes families to a good time with breakfast, welcome gifts for the kids, and complimentary meals for children below 12.
‘More Rosewood’ on the other hand is a much-needed extension of your stay with a third complimentary night. The ‘UAE Resident Offer’ ensures you spend a luxurious experience with exclusive privileges and discounts extended exclusively to UAE residents. For those really willing to pamper and reward themselves, the ‘Suite Sojourn’ ensures you get to indulge in a refined spacious suite with exclusive discount and complimentary breakfast. Offers include discounts for additional booked rooms.
Moreover, the hotel has recently announced its ‘Summer by Design’ program, which takes guests on unique experiences through the city in three curated and carefully designed pillars suitable for solo travelers, couples, families and friends. The experiences include culinary ‘grilling classes’, fish market visits with the ‘Hook and cook’ specials, and beverage series such as the ‘Grape Appreciation’ and ‘Mixology’ classes.
