The new CZNBurak Burger dining concept has attracted foodies from across the city to gather and unwind, taking a bite into the Chef’s latest venture’s menu, and share his love for creating timeless memories around satisfying flavours, treating both adults and children with an array of tasty buns, flavourful dishes and rich beverages by serving over 650 meals daily.
Speaking about his new restaurant opening, Chef Burak expressed his joy saying: “You can’t have a pssion for food without a passion for sharing, and being able to share my new creations with people is not only a drive to do more, but also to create a bond that reminds them of great taste and happy moments. I am beyond happy to introduce CZNBurak Burger for the first time here in Dubai, a place with so much diversity yet the same passion for quality food”.
CZNBurak Burger’s visitors were introduced to Chef Burak Ozdemir’s staple flavours, with an insta-worthy menu that balances between the international definition of the burger and the creative blend of Turkish flavours spiced up by the chef’s unique character, crafted with high quality ingredients including premium black angus, locally sourced halal kofta, pure angus beef hotdog, in addition to vegetarian options with a soya bean patty, all topped with CZNBurak’s special sauce and Arabic condiments such as Tahini.
Children have been one of the main focuses of CZNBurak Burger, wanting to create a menu that satisfies their little buds while serving fun on the side, the kiddie meals are a joyful burger version provided with a special CZNBurak figurine. For desserts, customers can enjoy the CZN kunafa bun, ice cream and a variety of flavoured shakes including CZN-Licious with kunafa and pistachio, the peanut butter shake, oreo shake and many other options.
With an innovative, first of it’s kind 3D QR Menu in the UAE powered by foodAppers, CZNBurak Burger serves a high-tech experience for customers right from the moment they enter the restaurant, designed to creatively display the array of dishes with unforgettable flavours.
