Eggspectation is adding a dash of spice to their menu this Mexican Independence Day by unveiling their one-day-only Mexican fajitas. Served in a sizzling pan, customers can enjoy a choice of tender chicken or beef prepared with Chef Rohan’s own Tex-Mex recipe of sauteed bell peppers, onions, cheddar cheese served with chipotle chilli sauce, guacamole, Pico de gallo and tortillas.
