AWJ Investments Launches a New Virtual Brand as Part of the Recently Launched DKitchen

UAE – AWJ Investments, the company behind famous brands such as Operation: Falafel, Catch22 and Awani, recently announced the launch of DKitchen, its dark kitchen based in Dubai Silicon Oasis. Following this announcement, the holding group is now introducing Habibi Kitchen, the newest addition to its expanding portfolio of virtual brands. 

The Habibi Kitchen menu was inspired by the smell and fresh aromas of the streets of Lebanon, pulling inspiration from the local ingredients and cultural dishes of the Lebanese community. Every bite from a wide selection of deliciously wholesome dishes at Habibi Kitchen will transport foodies to the avenues of the culturally rich Middle East hotspot.  

The new virtual brand has been launched as part of AWJ Investments newest dark kitchen in Dubai Silicon Oasis. Other brands available at DKitchen includes Operation: Falafel, Awani Express, Tabkha, Chicks‘N’Friends, SushiDo and ChixFix.   

The range of menu items include a selection of Manoushe with Zaatar, Akkawi Cheese, Lahmeh Bel Ajeen and more, aromatic Foul, a selection of creamy and crunchy Fatteh, an array of hot and cold mezzes, Shawarmas, sharing platters, Tabkha and more.  

DKitchen provides AWJ Investments the opportunity to manage each step of the process – from concept creation to delivery to the customer at their doorstep– and which the group have full capability to operate and manage independently. 

To optimise health, safety and hygiene, AWJ Investments has introduced a unique automated contactless dispatching model, which places orders in dedicated boxes with a locked code. The driver then collects the order after receiving a text message with the code.
