Entertainment and attractions for the entire family
Dubai, UAE: Bringing the holiday cheer to the school and local community, the hugely popular JAS Festive Fayre is expected to take place on Thursday, November 25th, 2021, from 4:00 to 8:00pm. Hosted on the school grounds of Jebel Ali School in Damac Hills, Dubai, this family event promises to deliver a fun-filled start to the weekend.
Driven by the Parent Teacher Association, the JAS Festive Fayre – which will see the school transformed into a charming winter wonderland – is one of JAS’s most highly anticipated social events and, after a year’s pause due to the pandemic, there is a great deal of excitement around bringing the community together to celebrate the occasion. Bringing together delighted children and families and set to be hosted by Dubai 92’s Catboy, it offers attendees much to look forward to – traditional fayre games, train ride, enchanting carousel, winter park, festive market, food trucks, performances and loads of amazing prizes, including a family vacation to the Maldives.
Adhering to all COVID-19 safety protocols and to ensure everyone’s wellbeing during this exciting event, all activities will be operating on a token-based system. Tokens will be available for purchase from various stands on the day on a cash-only basis. Money collected during the fayre will be invested back into the school premises and children’s education.
One of the few non-for-profit schools in Dubai that has celebrated its 44th anniversary this year, JAS has firmly established its reputation as an academic institution with a highly regarded academic, sporting and pastoral provision, and close-knit community feel. Having secured the backing of a number of prominent corporations, some of the sponsors for the event include Holidays by flydubai; Taj Coral Reef Resort & Spa, Maldives; Beachcomber Resorts and Hotels; Dubai Marriott Harbour Hotel & Suites; Emirates Holidays and Story Seychelles.
