Indie burger joint SLAW celebrates Christmas with the succulent Rudolph burger

Dubai, UAE: Homegrown burger concept SLAW never fails to surprise its loyal fanbase. Going off the beaten track, Chef Ali Yazdi brings the traditional turkey to the table with The Rudolph Burger: the first-ever soft and surprisingly juicy turkey breast sando. 

Both eye-catching and flavourful, The Rudolph Burger starts with a layer of turkey bacon soaked in Oh Yeah Sauce, followed by the deep fried turkey breast, dripped in chunky dijon cranberry sauce, and freshened by green rocca leaves. The perfect touch for the festive season, the crimson brioche potato bun is locally sourced.

Available only during the month of December, guests may avail this holly creation for AED 55. Pair with Cranberry Lemonade to make it the perfect Christmas delight.
