The phenomenal 6 course New Year specially menu created by Executive Chef Enrico Paiola includes Mazara del Vallo prawns’ carpaccio, Wagyu beef sashimi, homemade buffalo ricotta ravioli, 24-hours slow cooked beef cheeks and salted chocolate delice.
