The Indian Restaurant Re-Opens With A New Menu

Dubai, UAE– Masala Bazaar, the authentic Indian restaurant located at Park Regis Kris Kin, has re-opened with a new menu, promising guests the very best flavours from the four regions of India.

With specialities from the cities of Delhi, Agra, Guwahati, Gangtok to Chennai, Hyderabad, Mysore, and Bangalore, the all-new Indian dining concept will satisfy any cravings from these places and more.

Blending age-old recipes with reimagined contemporary twists, the variety of dishes is carefully selected to suit the taste of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian guests. Regional favourites like Cottage Cheese cooked in yellow masala; Braised Lamb Shank smeared with rum, Mutton cooked in rich korma gravy, traditional Kerala chicken curry with coconut, Tawa masala prawns, and chicken cooked in roasted coconut gravy.
