Executive Chef Batuhan Piatti has created an exclusive Valentine’s Day sharing menu that is filled with specially curated dishes that will go down a treat including salmone “Tzar Nicolai” sashimi, wagyu beef carpaccio with truffle, taglioilini with caviar, pan fried John Dory and a delicious strawberry dessert, complete with strawberry mousse, compote, and sorbet.
