This Easter, newly-opened Puglia restaurant Bistrot90 at Fairmont Dubai on Sheikh Zayed Road presents a traditional Italian dinner on April 17, inviting guests to enjoy a four-course menu priced at AED 250 per person.
From the kitchen, Italian Head Chef Umberto Esposto has created a special menu for the occasion. To start, diners can delight in a selection of classic Italian antipasti, followed by a mid-course of ravioloni di angnello, crema di parmigiano, tartufo – lamb raviolini with parmesan cream and truffle.
For the main event, comes arrosto di agnello, patate alla Pugliese – lamb roulade with Pugliese-style potato. Bringing Easter dinner to a close on a sweet note, guests can anticipate colomba con crema pasticcera – an indulgent, typical Italian Easter dessert.
Priced at AED 250 per person for four-courses, Easter dinner at Bistrot90 will be served from 6pm onwards on April 17.
