Dubai, UAE-: Caesars Palace Dubai’s high-energy British restaurant, Hell’s Kitchen has announced it will showcase a signature tasting menu at this year’s Dubai Restaurant Week. As part of Dubai’s two-week food festival, guests who dine at Hell’s Kitchen between the 6th and 15th of May can enjoy a two-course lunch menu for AED 125 per person or three-course dinner menu for AED 250 per person.

Description: At the heart of the culinary theatre, Hell’s Kitchen Dubai will fire up guests’ appetite with a culinary experience with unique flavours that immaculately blend upscale dining with urban lifestyle. Throughout Dubai Restaurant Week, guests can immerse themselves into a specially curated two-course lunch menu and a three-course dinner menu that encapsulates the restaurants signature flavours and world-class cooking.
Starters include Wagyu Meatballs cooked with Slow-Roasted Tomato Sauce, Quinoa Salad and Pumpkin Soup with Maple Glazed Butternut Squash. The two-course lunch menu offers a choice of mains like the Crispy Skin Seabass with Puy Lentils and Truffle Risotto while in the three-course dinner menu, guests can indulge in Crispy Skin Salmon dished with Warm White Beans or the signature Beef Wellington with Potato Purée and Glazed Root Vegetables.
To end, guests can select from an array of mouth-watering desserts such as Sticky Toffee Pudding, Mango and Passionfruit Cheesecake served with Hazelnut Crumble and Lemon Sorbet or a Molten Chocolate Square topped with Salted Pecan, Almond Tuile and Chantilly Cream, available for both lunch and dinner.
