3Fils introduces new plant-based dishes to its menu

The new vegan menu additions are now available at 3Fils in Jumeirah Fishing Harbour, Dubai.

For those committed to living a plant-based lifestyle or diners looking to try something new, 3Fils in Jumeirah Fishing Harbour has introduced a selection of new vegan options to its menu.  

Perfect for sharing, the new ‘Cornholio’ special presents skewers of grilled baby corn that have been marinated with tamari anticuchera sauce, coated with cancha chulpe furikake, and garnished with chives – priced at AED 28 per dish.  

For a heartier bite, the ‘Edamame Shiitake Linguine’ – priced at AED45 per portion, comprises linguine pasta, vegan ground meat, shiitake mushrooms and edamame pods served in an edamame and asparagus sauce, and topped with togarashi potato crisps.  

Representing 3Fils’ first sharing-style, house-made beverage, ‘7 Days’ is a new alcohol-free drink that delivers an authentic wine taste and aroma with a smooth coconut aftertaste. Made using fermented, seedless grapes with coconut water and 0% Champagne, 7 Days can be ordered as a single serving (160ml – AED 56), or as a bottle (800ml – AED 265), that can serve up to five glasses.
