High Joint’s new ‘Strangest Menu’ invites diners to seek out Dr. High in his red cloak to order drool-worthy dishes like ‘8Legs’ and ‘Popping Grass’
DUBAI, UAE– Something strange yet utterly delicious has landed in the kitchen at High Joint. The homegrown burger brand is mixing things up for diners at its Al Manara branch with the launch of the ‘Strangest Menu’.
Tempting dine-in guests with a range of all-new, out-of-the-box dishes, the limited-edition Strangest Menu presents an appetizer of ‘Octopus Frito’ – batter-fried octopus served with high spice and garlic aioli, and the star of the show burger called ‘8Legs’, which comprises tender fried octopus tossed in a sweet tangy chilli sauce, topped with sesame crab salad, crispy crab sticks and kimchi mayo, all housed in a freshly baked bun.
Keeping in-line with all things strange, ‘Popping Grass’ ice cream is served for dessert and awakens the palate with lemongrass and kaffir lime ice cream topped with popping candy and coconut crumble. Strange? Yes. Mouthwatering? Absolutely.
Those looking to be adventurous and try the Strangest Menu must seek out High Joint’s Dr. High to order – the staff member wearing a red cloak.
The Strangest Menu is now available for dine-in only at High Joint’s Al Manara branch.
