UAE, July 2022: Chef James Knight- Pacheco’s culinary repertoire continues to flourish as Cove Beach, a stunning award-winning beach club, recently appoints him as its new Group Executive Chef.
Cove Beach boasts stunning seafront locales both in Dubai and Abu Dhabi that comprise of the signature restaurant Two.0. The al fresco spot restaurant, Two.0. which serves modern Mediterranean dishes has started to display Chef James Knight- Pacheco’s culinary mastery.
James Knight-Pacheco is an ardent and dedicated chef, he has worked in some of the world’s finest luxury hotels and restaurants in the UK and the Middle East including, Gordon Ramsay at Claridge’s, Le Manoir Aux Quat Saisons at Oxfordshire with Double Michelin starred Chef Raymond Blanc, Six Senses- Zighy Bay in Oman, Dubai Marina Yacht Club and Vida Downtown as part of Emaar Hospitality Group. He was also part of the pre-opening team for the flagship property, ME by Melia at The Opus Tower by Zaha Hadid. Chef James Knight-Pacheco started his career in the year 2002 and brings more than 20 years of rewarding experience to his new role in Cove Beach.
At Two.0 restaurant, the chef promises to elevate the gourmet offering with expertise in modern cuisine, as well as focusing on whole local fish dishes. Chef James Knight- Pacheco has already infused flavours of his global experience in the culinary field. With him taking over the kitchen, the guests are sure to have a unique dining experience.

Chef James Knight- Pacheco who takes great pride in delivering exceptional food and service to every guest, has received many accolades and achieved excellent results. In the past few years he was titled one of the 50 most influential people in food and beverage throughout the Middle East and Africa by Caterer Middle East. In the year 2019, he was honoured to be voted the ‘Executive Chef of the Year 2019’ in the Hotelier Middle East Awards. Recently he also was voted 2020 Chef of the Year by The Pro Chef Middle East awards.
In May 2020, he also launched the Chef JKP Podcast, which celebrates the inspirational stories of people in the hospitality industry and has ran for 3 Seasons so far on all podcast streaming platforms.
He also co-founded the Dubai Chef’s Collective.The most recent achievement was this year when he was named in the prestigious launch of the Gault & Millau dining guide for its UAE edition.
