Serving for lunch and dinner daily throughout August, the three new specials
are now available at 3Fils.
DUBAI, UAE-– The chefs at 3Fils in Jumeirah Fishing Harbour have been busy creating three new limited-edition menu specials for guests at the restaurant looking to try something new this month.
A dish for those who like a flavour-packed bite from their food, the new ‘Adobo Tart’ presents a mouthwatering mix of Filipino and Mexican cuisine. Inspired by Chef Jhovani Manalo’s childhood in the Illijan mountains located in Philippines, the adobo tart beautifully blends Mexican-style carnitas tacos with the Philippines national dish, adobo. Priced at AED 44, expect two flaky, buttery tarts that act as a substitute for the taco, filled with melt-in-the-mouth smoked lamb adobo and topped with pineapple pico de gallo, avocado salsa and togarashi lime.
Next comes ‘The Burrata’, a dish created by Chef Paul Noriel Resulta that serves up an intercontinental fusion of Italian summer alongside rich flavours of Korean spices. This indulgent yet refreshing dish is priced at AED 60 and combines both creamy Italian burrata cheese and juicy cherry tomatoes with Korean kimchi mixed with quinoa, and served with a side of sweet potato chips.
Inspired by the vibes of summer on the beach, comes the ‘Mint & Melon’ – a dish created by the team at 3Fils’ sister restaurant and dessert bar, BRIX. Using one of the season’s favourited fruits, this dish showcases slices of melon compressed with watermelon juice to give it an extra burst of flavour, topped with a creamy mascarpone and yoghurt mix, a touch of palette awakening mint granita, as well as orange jam and lemon gel – priced at AED 32 per dish.
The new three dishes are now available for diners to enjoy daily at 3Fils throughout August.
