From a celebratory menu for India’s Independence Day to Wine Pairing Dinners, these offers will surely fill your calendars – and your hearts – instantly.
Indian Independence Day
Celebrate 75 years of India’s Independence with a three-course set menu at Kinara. The menu features dishes highlighting the colour of independence as a way of paying homage to the freedom fighters who dedicated their lives for so many years to gain independence for India.
Diners are in for a treat as they feast on dishes such as Tandoori Portobello Mushrooms served with a tricolor chutney and crispy leeks, then move onto the Saag Gosht, a tender lamb loin in a mouth-watering spinach gravy, with kesari pulao and Kinara roti and end the meal with a decadent Saffron Rose Pudding, with rose petal jam, a banana caramel sauce, and candied nuts.
The menu will run from 13th to 15th August, to honour India’s 75th Independence Day on August 15th, 2022.

Sula Wine Pairing Dinner
Kinara is excited to announce their newest collaboration with the widely loved Sula Wine, from Sula Vineyards. This wine symbolizes India’s rich heritage which is one of the reasons this wine pairing dinner is a must attend – Kinara’s tasting menu focuses on dishes inspired from homes across the diverse regions in India, and Sula Wine comes from a vineyard that focuses on Indian heritage and culture, introducing the world to wines such as Rasa and Dindori.
The menu features traditional dishes and highlights the wines that would pair best with them, such as the Ghee Roast Octopus, served with a tangy tamarind-jaggery sauce and smoked paprika labneh, paired with a Chenin Blanc. Or the Achari Lamb, featuring lamb slow-cooked with pickling spices, served with caramelized onion, a nigella-fennel mix, green mangoes and Kinara roti, paired with a Dindori Reserve shiraz.
The wine pairing dinner will be held on 2nd September.

Glenlivet Single Malt Pairing Night
On August 12th, Kinara is offering diners an exclusive tasting menu paired with Glenlivet’s Single Malt whiskey.
Diners will be able to enjoy an authentic Indian tasting menu, with dishes such as Kinara’s smoky Tandoori lamb chops, served with a rogan sauce, fennel salad and Kinara roti, or the Paneer Kurkure, a delicious dish consisting of cottage cheese, spiced green peas and a spiced onion masala. Ending the meal on a sweet note is the Chocolate Molten Cake, served with a walnut crumble, peach compote and caramel ice cream.
The tasting menu features a modern twist on authentic dishes and is made even more perfect when paired with Glenlivet Whiskey – one of the world’s most popular single malt whiskeys.
