Cartlow Partners with stc pay to Boost Circular Economy Aligning with KSA 2030 Sustainability Vision

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia-: Cartlow, the leading re-commerce and reverse logistics facilitator in the region has partnered with stc pay — Saudi Arabia’s leading mobile wallet providing innovative solutions and advanced payments.

Cartlow will empower the KSA consumers to eliminate e-waste by selling their devices on the platform whilst earning stc pay credit. This partnership focuses on the strong bond of innovative technology that both partners bring while driving more consumers towards both sustainability and a digital economy.

The recent agreement comes in line with Cartlow’s expanding market presence in KSA, collaborating with leading partners and retailers after its proven track record within the reverse logistics industry.

Additionally, Cartlow’s ‘Sell Your Item’ program intends to provide consumers with a seamless experience by offering free home pick-up, certified data sanitation and best prices towards consumers’ old electronics including mobiles, tablets, laptops, smartwatches, consoles, cameras and audio.

Through this partnership, stc pay seeks to focus on sustainability by implementing seamless and contactless transactions in an innovative way. This, in turn, pushes towards a cashless society, which is in line with the Kingdom’s vision that seeks to raise the rates of digital financial transactions to 70% by 2030.

E-waste is toxic to the environment, contributing to environmental toxicity as it accumulates. Since its launch, Cartlow has helped in saving more than 10M KG of e-waste and more than 30M KG of carbon emissions. Following KSA’s Sustainable Vision 2030, stc pay and Cartlow join forces to place sustainability at the heart of this initiative. Trading in devices for credit toward next purchases helps the environment to recycle e-waste and reduce carbon footprint.
