RIYADH– The National Gas and Industrialization Co. (GASCO) participated in the “Distinguished Cities Projects in the Era of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques 2022” exhibition. Organized by the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing and held at King Abdulaziz Conference Center in Riyadh from 24 – 28 September, the expo comes as part of Saudi Arabia’s drive towards digitalization, a key target of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and an essential element for a better quality of life.
GASCO’s participation at the expo, which aimed to enhance inter-agency and public-private connectivity, came as part of the company’s effort to increase environmental awareness, and support clean energy projects. As one of many government agencies involved in the Kingdom’s digital transformation, GASCO showed its expertise in providing liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) solutions for large projects during the five-day event, which contributes to enhancing the quality of life in smart and distinguished cities.
The company displayed its self-service machine for automated, fully digital sales of the latest generation of metal and composite LPG containers, through which customers can buy or exchange containers and take advantage of many other features without any human intervention. GASCO’s ultramodern, highly sophisticated automated sales machine is expected to give a significant boost to the company’s efforts to provide innovative, environmentally friendly gas delivery solutions that promote clean energy and improve the standard of living by offering greater convenience for customers.
Visitors to the expo will witnessed the launch of new composite LPG containers, which will join the company’s latest generation of metal containers that have long been the hallmark of GASCO’s LPG storage, transportation, and distribution to retailers.
On the wholesale side, the company delivers large LPG containers to corporate customers at the locations they require. GASCO’s business runs the gamut of LPG uses, from household cooking and heating requirements to industrial, agricultural, and commercial use, as well as any other requirements the company, which is recognized as Saudi Arabia’s primary LPG provider, may be able to fulfill.
