Illinois- Chicagoland entrepreneur and restaurant Masood Ali launches America’s 1st South Asian Drive-in restaurant for their patrons. Ali believes in “Safety First” for patrons and team and hence decided to launch his drive-in restaurant.
Falak Restaurant and Banquets has been serving the Chicagoland community for years and their biryani is the hot favorite. Manan his partner agreed with Ali to start the drive-in restaurant as it also helps in social distancing to prevent spread of Covid-19. Ali said that “we have restaurant, carryout and banquets service but had to think out of the box and launch the drive-in service.” Falak Restaurant & Banquets team tested the idea with patrons, family and friends. The overall result was very encouraging and positive. While studying the concept, they also realized that they would be the first South Asian restaurant to launch this service. The drive-in service would be offered to patrons, Ala Carte, buffet by chefs and servers who would be following safety norms from preparing to serving. Loyal patrons appreciate the fantastic value and overall food taste (especially the Hyderabadi Biryani).
