Gabriela Rizova brings rich sales leadership experience to spearhead the sales campaign for the Phase II of the US$5 billion Heart of Europe island tourism and second home destination off the coast of Dubai
Dubai, UAE; – Kleindienst Group, developer of The Heart of Europe – the US$5 billion (Dh18.3 billion) master-planned leisure tourism and second home island destination – has strengthened its sales leadership team with a series of appointments, including appointing Gabriela Rizova as its new Head of Sales for the Heart of Europe project.
Gabriela Rizova, former Sales Director of Azizi Developments, who has overseen the sales of a huge portfolio in her previous assignment – has decided to lead the sales operations of the Heart of Europe, which is nearing the completion of its Phase I by the end of this year.
Rizova will lead the sale of the Phase II of the Heart of Europe, the asset price of which has jumped manifolds due to its highly differentiated offering and the increased popularity of island tourism properties that fetch higher return on investment.
Announcing the appointment, Josef Kleindienst, Chairman of Kleindienst Group, says, “Gabriela Rizova’s rich sales experience will help us to achieve a higher sales target this year – a landmark year for the Heart of Europe when we deliver the Phase I of the iconic and sustainable tourism second home destination that will attract a large number of residents and foreign tourists.
“As we prepare ourselves to commercially open the Phase I of the project that is almost sold out, we are also preparing to launch the sales campaign for the Phase II of the project.
“We will continue to announce highly differentiated new projects within the Heart of Europe. With the new leadership in sales strategy and operations, we expect to deliver the full project by 2023, as planned.”
Gabriela Rizova, the newly-appointed Head of Sales for the Heart of Europe, says, “I am very excited to join the Heart of Europe – a very innovative and iconic landmark tourism and second home project that will reinforce Dubai’s position as one of the most sought-after tourism destinations in the world.
“I have been selling properties for the last seven years. However, this is a new experience to me. What excites me is that this rare project offers a higher return on investment, the leisure tourism aspect, the unique second home offering, its prime location and the developer’s vision and strong commitment to sustainability.
“The size of the portfolio and the expected footfall on the island will also contribute to sustain the value of the properties whilst offering long-term capital appreciation to investors.”
The Heart of Europe is set to become one of the most scenic and experiential luxury destinations in the Middle-East and the world. The project, which combines high levels of sustainability with innovation, will add 15 atmospheric and highly differentiated hotels to the Dubai offering, 4,000 holiday homes, the iconic Floating Seahorse Villas and the beachfront boutique hotels at Cote d’Azur and Portofino resorts.
The island will host magnificent hanging gardens on the façade of the Portofino inspired hotel with an astonishing 100,000 plants. It will also offer sustainable entertainment with zero emissions with no harm to nature such as hologram circus and synchronized swimming shows.
The Heart of Europe will also deploy sustainable landscaping that will be pesticide free, fungicide free and will be showered with recycled water. The island is also committed to be totally car free, use clean energy and will eventually offer sustainable water transportation to the guests.
The Heart of Europe was designed with a zero-discharge policy and zero micro-plastics policy to ensure the protection of the Arabian Gulf and species of marine life that reside around the seven islands.
Organic food will be served across the destination’s restaurants and cafes and the 24/7 room service offerings, adding health and wellness to the incredible beauty of the islands
