Sausage connoisseurs can choose from the international section of the menu, showcasing six global sausage flavors such as the South African Boerewors (beef boerewors sausage, dressed in slow cooked tomato sauce, caramelized onions in a potato roll – AED 38), German Bratwrust (veal bratwrust sausage, finished with white cabbage sauerkraut, wholegrain mustard, caramelized onions & mayo in a pretzel roll – AED 44) and the Mexican Chorizo Choripan (spicy beef sausage, topped in homemade chimichurri, fresh tomatoes, caramelized onion & mayo in a potato roll – AED 40).
