Start off with an enhanced sushi and sashimi collection and indulge in the newly introduced flavourful King Crab and Cure Salmon with Caviar roll, Hokkaido Scallops with Caviar Nigiri, the melt-in-your-mouth Kayto Sashimi Collection featuring Yellowtail, Salmon, Seabass, Chutoro, and Bluefin Tuna and the Kayto Nigiri Collection with Tuna Truffle, Seabass Miso, Yellowtail, Chutoro, Hokkaido Scallops & Caviar. Mains include the delightful play on the classic Chirashito Salad, a refreshing combination of fresh fish and vegetables with delicious Yukke Sauce. Also sits on the menu is the Seafood Parihuela in a Shansho Bisque, offering an unexpected combination of flavours and ingredients that are uniquely Peruvian.
