Time Out Market Dubai presents its Pink Summer, commencing on the summer solstice, 21 June, when the sun reaches its zenith and the spirit of Summer is at its peak.
Located within Souk Al Bahar in Downtown Dubai, Time Out Market Dubai is a vibrant food and cultural market that brings the best of the city together under one roof – based on editorial curation. Guests can explore 17 different food concepts by the city’s best chefs and restaurateurs, 3 bars and a location filled with creativity and culture.
Pink Summer will feature a specially crafted beverage menu including all things pink, from delightful rosé wine to refreshing rosé cider and tantalising pink cocktails, such as Gordon’s Pink Gin, Sangria Rosé and Fizzy Rosé (mocktail). Guests will also get to tempt their taste buds with 17 unique dishes from each of the Market’s concessions – curated for the occasion.
The vibrant pink dishes include Reif’s Spicy Salmon Maki – a spicy salmon and fresh avocado uramaki roll coated with pink crispy rice. à la grecque introduces its Syko; a refreshing salad containing local figs, barrel-aged soft feta and a crunchy walnut salsa with rocca leaves. 21 Grams will be serving its delicious Baked Beetroot Carpaccio, with raspberry sauce, brown butter, roasted almonds and tarragon. For guests craving both sweet and savoury, Pickl’s Boujee Bird is the perfect choice – crispy fried chicken coated with hot honey butter and strawberry ice cream in a soft potato bun.
