Catering to a wider range of dietary preferences and needs, the gluten-free dough option is now available for dine-in and delivery through the call centre starting from AED 16.

In response to the growing demand for bread alternatives, the award-winning restaurant introduced the gluten-free dough on select baked items. Prepared freshly in-house, Allo Beirut’s newly launched dough has been meticulously crafted to maintain the signature taste and texture the brand is known and loved for. While traces of gluten from around the kitchen may still be present, the new variety will allow customers with low gluten sensitivity or those simply seeking a healthier alternative to savouring their favourite Lebanese street food classics. The gluten-free dough option is available for all of Allo Beirut’s Manakeesh (regular or mashrouha), including the Zaatar Labneh, Halloumi, and Kishk, as well as all Pizzas like Soujuk, and Francisco. Inspired by the ever-evolving tastes and dietary preferences of the diverse UAE population, Allo Beirut introduced the gluten-free dough option to cater to its growing community of food lovers.

Allo Beirut lovers can now enjoy their favourites with a gluten-free twist, a testament to the brand’s commitment to providing authentic Lebanese cuisine. Transporting customers to the Golden Days of Beirut, Allo Beirut’s newly launched gluten-free dough is now available for dine-in and delivery through the call centre.
