1-Christmas Chocolate Treats
Ingredients
1 bar Roosiku (77g) of Dark Chocolate
3 Tablespoons of Coconut Cream (you need 1 can of full-fat coconut milk)
2-3 tablespoons of Cocoa Powder
10g of White Chocolate
Fresh Cranberries
Preparation: The night before, place the coconut milk upside down in the refrigerator overnight, the next day, when you remove the lid, part of the cream has sunk under the lid and you can take a nice solid cream from it. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Add 3 tablespoons of coconut cream and mix until smooth. Put the cream in the fridge for about 30 minutes. When the cream has hardened, form a ball with a spoon and roll it in the cocoa. Place the balls on a tray and melt the white chocolate in a water bath. Decorate the balls with chocolate and berries. Place in the fridge to set and serve cold. They become soft at room temperature.
2- Spicy Hot Chocolate
Ingredients:
500ml Vegetable Milk
60g of Roosiku Chocolate (both light and dark are suitable, depending on taste preference)
1/8 Teaspoon of cinnamon
1/8 Teaspoon cardamom
A bit of Madagascar vanilla.
Whipped Cream for decoration.
Preparation: Heat the milk with the spices and chocolate until melted. Garnish with whipped cream and enjoy immediately.
