Introducing two sumptuous family feasts that capture the magical essence of Christmas and New Year’s Eve, the exquisite fine-dining establishment welcomes all epicureans and art enthusiasts to savor their most unforgettable, joyful, and blissful holiday season yet.

‘Noel a Paris’, an unforgettable Christmas at Fouquet’s Abu Dhabi

Fouquet’s Abu Dhabi, the most exclusive destination in the UAE capital, is delighted to treat guests to a sumptuous Christmas dinner of delicate French specialties.

Christmas in Paris is an unforgettable experience filled with unique traditions and seasonal joy, and the sumptuous ‘Noel a Paris’ menu captures its magical essence perfectly.

Thoughtfully curated by Chef Pierre Gagnaire, and presenting a mix of seasonal French classics and ingenious contemporary recipes, the fabulous five-course experience is a feast of sensational flavours and enchanting aromas.

Diners are invited to begin their elegant French Christmas experience with a selection of light bites, including blue lobster with yuzu, and sumptuous smoked sea scallops paired with Oscietra caviar.

Showcasing the exceptional seasonal ingredients of the French countryside and coastline, guests are then treated to an irresistible serving of capon tournedos chestnut and wild mushrooms, and an endives stuffed with foie gras serving in addition to capon jus with redcurrant.

Guests are then taken on a journey through the most exquisite varieties of traditional French fromage with the magnificent cheese board. Spanning truffle brie cheese, and gingerbread and pear confit in mulled wine, it’s the perfect festive treat.

Finally, no Christmas feast at Fouquet’s is complete without some of pastry chef Hugo Sipp’s incredibly indulgent, bespoke festive desserts. Ranging from refreshing frosted lemon to the charming Buche de Noel, the dessert selection is impossible to resist.

Every joyous course can be enhanced with a wide array of premium paired European grapes, plus an extensive selection of hops, cocktails, premium beverages, barista creations and fresh loose-leaf teas.

The ‘Noel a Paris’ menu at Fouquet’s Abu Dhabi is priced AED 450 per person including one glass of bubbly, available on December 24 for dinner and December 25 for lunch.

This New Year’s Eve, Fouquet’s Abu Dhabi is pulling out all the stops to host an unforgettable and truly indulgent special dinner in the heart of the capital.

Providing the perfect chance to celebrate the achievements of 2023 and embrace the promise of a fresh start, the exquisite ‘Bonjour 2024’ menu is designed to delight and astonish with every delicious bite.

Curated by Michelin-Star Chef Pierre Gagnaire, the menu features six incredible courses of authentic and finely crafted French cuisine. Inspired by the flavours and cooking techniques that Chef Pierre discovered throughout his travels across the world, each theatrical and impressive dish perfectly befits the special occasion of New Year’s Eve.

Seamlessly blending a diverse array of ingredients, flavours and aromas, the menu perfectly embodies the rich and vibrant culture of France.

A true masterclass in fine-dining, the experience starts with a dainty and flavoursome ‘amuse bouche’ of royal king crab pie and Oscietra caviar, and Wagyu beef tartare with a crispy morel wrap.

The light appetizer of duck foie gras with fig compote and celeriac puree then further enhances the jovial and celebratory mood, before guests are invited to savour the restaurant’s signature seafood dish of freshly grilled lobster, pan-fried Hokkaido scallops and sole meuniere paired with paired with Oscietra caviar.

The heart-warming traditional flavours of the cosy European winter season are then elegantly brought to life through the roasted beef tenderloin, served with porcini cream, agria potato millefeuille with truffles, and accompanied by perigeux sauce.

Finally, the night concludes on a sweet note with Chef Hugo Sipp’s green apple gingerbread with white truffle mascarpone.

Ensuring the mood remains happy and merry throughout the night, guests are invited to enhance each culinary masterpiece with the world-renowned restaurant’s famously vast collection of premium French grapes, and a tantalising choice of masterfully mixed spirits.

Guests can choose to dine out on the beautiful terrace, where they are free to admire the Louvre’s spectacular architectural dome and the skyline of downtown Abu Dhabi, or inside in the plush red and gold dining room. Filled with special memories and delicious dishes, there is no-where more stunning and spectacular to celebrate New Year’s Eve than Fouquet’s Abu Dhabi.

After the feasting has concluded, the joyous celebration will carry on until 2am.

The New Year’s Eve celebration at Fouquet’s Abu Dhabi will take place from 7.30pm to 2am on December 31. The New Year’s Eve set menu is priced at AED 800 per person, and AED 400 for kids as minimum spend.

 

Art Lounge is setting the pace for the New Year

 Known for its gorgeous terrace and amazing vistas of the Abu Dhabi city skyline and the waters surrounding Saadiyat Island, Art Lounge is setting the tone for 2024 by offering two tempting New Year packages.

Guests are invited to begin their epicurean adventure with the cured Wagyu beef carpaccio, a masterpiece featuring thinly sliced Wagyu beef adorned with mustard mayo, delicate parmesan flakes, and a drizzle of rocca pesto.

Next on the menu is the salmon and Hamachi ceviche, a refreshing and zesty creation that combines the freshest salmon and Hamachi, with a cucumber dressing and a vibrant wasabi guacamole.

Diners can then satisfy their sushi cravings with a platter of tantalizing sushi and maki that elegantly celebrate the art of Japanese cuisine.

Those with a weakness for truffle will adore the creamy truffle-infused brie served with extra virgin olive oil and toasted bread, while the spicy prawn tacos are another must-try.

Finally, the BBQ beef back ribs offer a carnivore’s delight, served with a generous side of mouthwatering mac ‘n’ cheese.

Two exceptional packages are available. The first is priced AED 499 for two including a bottle of prosecco, and the second package is priced AED 699 with bubbly.
