Excitement is in the air as One Life Kitchen & Cafe announces its participation in the highly anticipated Sole DXB 2023, infusing the heart of the festival with Middle Eastern flavors. Under the motto “Falafel for the People,” the folks at One Life Kitchen & Cafe are gearing up to introduce two dishes that are guaranteed to excite taste buds and please food lovers. One Life Kitchen & Cafe, in collaboration with Ali Cha’aban, is set to restore the authenticity of the infamous falafel sandwich with their exciting venture, “Falafel for the People.” This unique collaboration aims to bring back the beloved “Habibi” taste to its prime, educating and cultivating street culture with its imminent sandwich, the falafel.
Falafel Wrap
A delectable fusion of flavors featuring crispy falafels, One Life’s special chili paste, pickles, sumac onions, refreshing tomato parsley salad, and a drizzle of tahini, all wrapped in soft Arabic bread.
Kofte Wrap
A delightful combination of charred Turkish kofte, hand-cut fries, creamy garlic strained yogurt, tomato parsley salad, pickles, sumac onions, and tahini, encased in warm Arabic bread.
