We have almost reached 2021, a new year filled with new beginnings and intentions. The month of January is also commonly known as Veganuary. It is a month filled with lighter Vegan options after a hearty December filled with turkey beyond the eye can see. Brunch & Cake is taking part by offering all dine-in customers a complimentary Vegan Cheesecake upon the order of a Vegan main meal. Brunch & Cake, known for their wide variety of foods for all cravings, is encouraging residents of Dubai to choose vegan options in January by ending all vegan meals on a sweet note. Those taking part in Veganuary no longer need to worry about limited options or flavours when dining at Brunch & Cake. There are several vegan savoury and sweet options on their menu that are available throughout the year.
The Vegan menu includes options such as:
- Scrambled Egg Breakfast [Made using Tofu]: Creamy herbed tofu scrambled, crispy sourdough toast, served with mushroom, avocado rose, pink beetroot hummus, fresh red chilli basil.
- Full Veggie Breakfast: Colorful tortilla chips, strawberry pico, tofu scrambled, vegan meat, coconut yoghurt, guacamole, pickled onion, jalapeno.
- Next Level Avocado: Half Avocado mashed, lemon, virgin olive oil, freshly grated tomato, vegan “Parmesan”, served on rosemary slow-roasted sweet potato base and an Avocado Rose- tofu scrambled egg.
- Vegan Chickpea Omelette: Omelette filled with roasted pumpkin, vegan cream cheese, caramelized peppers, topped with watermelon radish, avocado rose and sugar peas served with seeded crackers.
- Vegan Protein Salad: Description remains the same but remove the poached eggs and add Tofu Scrambled egg.
- Vegan Brekkie Burrito: Protein rice, sweet potato fries, guacamole, creamy tofu scrambled egg, vegan cheese sauce, tortilla chips, served with coloured coconut yoghurt.
