Il Passaggio appoints Rebecca O’Brien Da Silva as F&B director

She will lead the culinary team at the Mediterranean restaurant in Dubai

Mediterranean restaurant Il Passaggio has appointed Rebecca O’Brien Da Silva as its new F&B director.

Located at The Pointe in Dubai, Il Passaggio is known for its open glass kitchens that allow customers to see everything going on behind the scenes – from the pastry chefs in the bakery to the pizzas and pastas being made live.

Speaking about her appointment, O’Brien Da Silva said: “il Passaggio is a unique brand & I am extremely excited about contributing towards the growth and future success of this incredible concept.

“Being unique is key in positioning a new brand in an over-saturated domestic market and this has really been taken into consideration in every element of the brand and concept design. She will lead the culinary team at Il Passaggio and will be expected to streamline operational efficiencies and seamlessly implement new policies.
