A new chapter dawns at Turkish Village with launch of all-new elevated menu

Diners can now enjoy the stunning new menu inspired by rich Ottoman culture at Turkish Village’s restaurants in Jumeirah and Dubai Festival City

DUBAI, UAE-– Presenting Dubai diners with a bridge from Turkey to Dubai to enjoy authentic cuisine inspired by rich Ottoman culture, Turkish Village has revealed an all-new menu at its branches in Jumeirah and Dubai Festival City.

Since 2013, Turkish Village has been serving wholesome Turkish cuisine in Dubai and the launch is its new menu represents a new chapter for the long-standing, homegrown brand.

Guests can expect a full revamp to Turkish Village’s breakfast, lunch and dinner menus that sees all dishes elevated and modernised, while still paying homage to the much-loved classics that have seen diners return over the years. Everything from the crockery to the glassware has been updated, as well as the physical menus, which have been changed to iPads that guests will find at their tables to browse from.

Meticulously presented on beautiful new Turkish-made plates, the food on offer is made using only the freshest of ingredients and is sure to tempt the whole family. On the menu, find an impressive range of signature, served-by-the-meter sets that offer sumptuous kebabs, mezze, pide and more on meter-long boards, as well as soups, salads and hot and cold starter selections, the new menu presents clay pot and tandoor specialties, a range of succulent grills, Turkish breakfast dishes, and chef’s selection of desserts – think traditional Turkish kunafa, baklava with cream and pistachios and more.

Highlights on the menu include freshly baked pide from the oven to begin, paired with mezze options like moutabel, hummus, carrot tarator, and spicy tomato salad. For mains, don’t miss the melt-in-the-mouth lamb tandoor, slow-cooked ribs, or the classic Adana kebab. Steeped in culture and committed to authenticity, Turkish Village’s kebabs draw on the flavours of the ancient cities of Turkey and are infused with the tastiest of spices and marinated overnight for optimum flavour.
