Set to bring a taste of the acclaimed HIMKOK bar in Oslo are Bar Manager, Maroš Dzurus and Mixology Researcher, Paul Aguilar.
Ranked 43rd in the World’s Best 50 Bars 2022 list, the Norwegian bar showcases its dedication to the craft of mixology with locally inspired cocktails and in-house distilled spirits, for a purely Nordic taste.
Guests are invited to discover an exclusive series of innovative cocktails created in partnership with Head Bartender, Thibault Méquignon. The mixology masters take their place behind the bar to serve up a menu of four unique cocktails including the ‘Rhubarb’ with a base of gin, Campari, Anikonic rhubarb, Strawberry wine, vermouth, sherry & orange bitters, the ‘Walnut’ mixed with bourbon, whiskey, sherry & walnuts, the ‘Sage’ served with gin, Quince Distillate Quince, brewed ginger, sage and Three Cents soda water and lastly the ‘Midsummert’ with Mezcal, Sherry and Himkok Elderflower Tibicos.
The regular cocktail menu at Gilt will also be available alongside the unique creations on the night. The ever-changing and dynamic menu promises to intrigue and delight guests thanks to the complex simplicity demonstrated in every drink, with a strong focus on flavours and fresh ingredients, fashioned to enlighten its drinkers.
