Aljabr Holding Company honors senior employees in appreciation of their efforts

Aljabr Holding Company continued its approach in paying attention to its employees and honoring them for their efforts, which resulted in the continuation of the company’s course of progress and achieving of its successes. Whereas, the cities of Al Ahsa and Dammam witnessed two consecutive days of honoring the senior employees who spent ten years in the company and more, in presence of Sheikh Abdul Latif bin Hamad Aljabr besides, a large number of the leaders of the company, and the executives of the group of companies and factories. The ceremony, which was held in Al Ahsa City, was dedicated to honoring the employees of (Aljabr Laundry Company, Aljabr Soft Drinks Company, the Gulf Carton Factory, and Sure Level), while the employees of (Aljabr Holding Company, Aljabr Trading Company, Aljabr Finance Company, Golden Chip Company, and Aljabr Rent A Car Company) were celebrated in Dammam.

 

On this occasion, Sheikh Abdul Latif bin Hamad Aljabr stressed that honoring the senior employees is a habit that the company is keen about to show its appreciation and gratitude to all those who had an imprint in its course of development and progress that exceeded half a century, and affirming that their work is appreciated and respected, and look forward to the honor being a motivation for them and an incentive to continue along the same lines for the company’s growth and prosperity to benefit the national economy and society as a whole.

 

He continued saying: “The company has been able to achieve important leaps in the course of its development, whereas the cornerstone of what has been achieved is the employees. So we have been keen to undertake several initiatives that will develop the expertise of our employees and provide them with new qualifications and experiences, and spread the spirit of creativity and innovation among them, which represents the most important values of the company that it is committed to and adopted to develop its strategy. However, the company’s success over the past years would not have been possible without the commitment, fulfilment and loyalty of its employees and their keenness to continuously develop the work to deliver the best.
