The ‘Royal Affair’ will take place on Diana’s Point, the country’s dedicated spot in memory of HRH, offering breathtaking views of the sweeping canyon below. Named after the late Princess Diana’s visit to the site in 1986, Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar Resort together with Chef Niko will pay homage to the ‘Queen of Hearts’ in royal fashion.

Born in Germany to Greek parents, Chef Niko has been pursuing his passion for cooking since he was 14 years old. Having studied in The Culinary Institute in Heidelberg, his career has taken him around the world. As well as serving at royal weddings, he has been commended for his success in spreading Greek food worldwide, recently being awarded the prestigious title of Ambassador for Greek Gastronomy.
During the ‘Royal Affair’ Chef Niko will present an array of culinary delights based on selected dishes from the Royal Wedding Menu with a blend of local produce. Guests will also be invited to an evening cocktail reception hosted by the General Manager Dagmar Symes, and for those spending the night, a selection of in-room signature amenities created by Chef Niko will top off the experience.
