Bringing a charming Italian atmosphere and Puglia-inspired bites to the rooftop terrace at Fairmont Dubai, ‘Aperitivo with a View ’is Bistrot90’s new sunset experience
Dubai’s newest Italian import from Puglia, Bistrot90 has launched ‘Aperitivo with a View’ – a new sunset experience comprising a charming atmosphere, and dazzling city line views alongside authentic bites and beverages from Italy.
Taking place every Friday from 7.30pm – 9.30pm, the truly Italian aperitivo welcomes guests with relaxing tunes overlooking the newly-opened Museum of the Future on Bistrot90’s al fresco terrace. Priced at AED 95 per person, visitors will enjoy a generous selection of typical food from the Puglia region of Italy, paired with classic cocktails priced from AED 50.
Expect mouthwatering bites including polpo e patate – marinated octopus and potato salad, cannoli Siciliani con baccala – trio of Sicilian cannoli with cod, and bruschetta di alici – bruchetta with anchovies. As well as hot dishes of mozzarella pinsa, gameri alla Spagnola – tiger prawns with confit garlic, frittura di calamari – fried calamari and prawns with aioli sauce, risotto with pecorino, and Puglia-style meatballs in a spicy sauce.
Shisha is also available for guests on Bistrot90’s terrace.
