With the opening of Brunch & Cake’s newest location at The Pointe, comes a new tantalizing Burger & Slider Menu. Only available at Brunch & Cake by the Sea, the new menu items are definitely worth a visit.
True to Brunch & Cake’s signature style, no slider on the new menu is conventional, as each promises a twist that the Barcelona-based favourite is known for.
Burgers at Brunch & Cake by the Sea will include:
- The Saucy Bacon Sliders – AED 58 A bagel style brioche bun, filled with cheddar smash patty, B&C secret sauce, maple candied bacon topped with Smoky Bacon sauce.
- The Spanish Burger -AED 48 Crispy Baked coca bread with olive oil, maldon salt, stacked perfectly with classic Mayo, crispy crisps, double smashed patty, Manchego cheese, padron peppers and a smashed fried Egg.
- Goat cheese & Caramelized onion Sliders – AED 58 Toasted sesame bun with a double cheddar smashed patty, pan-fried goat cheese, caramelized onion & sautéed mushrooms, topped with bacon infused cheese sauce.
- Crispy Asian Chicken Sliders – AED 48 – A crispy fried chicken fillet dunked in honey, chili-soya sauce, topped with cheddar, Asian coleslaw and chipotle mayo.
- Smashed Croquette Sliders –AED 58 Crispy Coca bread baked perfectly with olive oil and Maldon salt, filled with a double cheddar smash patty, chicken and mushroom creamy croquette, and caramelized red pepper topped with smoke infused bacon sauce.
- Pulled Beef Sliders – AED 58 -Toasted sesame brioche bun filled with a double smashed patty, slow-cooked tender pulled beef, topped with avo-feta, jalapenos & smothered in crumbled feta.
- Lasagna Burger –AED 58 – A creamy, crispy mushroom and spinach deep fried lasagna filled with a double cheese smashed patty and classic pink sauce.
These exclusive burgers & sliders will be served with a side of golden fries and will only be available at the new Brunch & Cake location at The Pointe, Palm Jumeirah.
