It’s time to bite into a range of desserts inspired by the flavours of the Middle Eastern that include orange-blossom, dates, rose, saffron and pistachio. The limited-edition Ramadan desserts will be available for purchase throughout Ramadan. Each new item has been executed in Brunch & Cake’s signature style of vibrant colors, memorable presentation and wholesome ingredients. These are the perfect desserts to be enjoyed at a venue that is bright, bold, and welcoming.
Limited Edition Ramadan desserts at Brunch & Cake include:
- Saffron Milk Cake: A richly soak saffron flavored milk with gold crispy crepe, topped with a Muhalabia flavored cream. – AED 45
- Sticky Caramel Date Pudding: A perfect combination of salted Caramel, sweet dated baked into a hot pudding, topped with our homemade chocolate chip cookie served with Ice-cream and Creme anglaise – AED 53.
- Baklava Cheesecake: Crispy phylo pastry filled with a delicate and smooth vanilla rose cheesecake complimented by a crunchy nut and honey base – AED 45
- Orange Blossom Basbousa Cake: A delicious citrus coconut cake soaked in an orange blossom syrup topped with a Muhalabia Chantilly cream and a candied Blood orange peel – AED 43
