The Thanksgiving offer consists of a slow poached Citrus Chilli Turkey, dry rubbed and slow roasted for 4hours with a pecan, goat cheese and beetroot pumpkin Galette served with crispy roasted potato, almond broccoli, rainbow carrots and gravy.Hand crafted by Executive Chef Carmen herself, the Thanksgiving plate serves all the flavour’s of Grandma’s goodness on a plate.
