Indie burger joint SLAW teams up with CarniStore to create a month-long meat debauchery under the name of Carnage. From Nov 5th till Dec 3rd, guests can visit the Jumeirah dine-in and devour a different meaty meal each week. Inspired by all-time American classics such as the hot dog, ribs, chili con carne or brisket, Carnage brings a proper USA fix to Dubai.
Set to tantalize diners’ taste buds, SLAW’s limited-edition fleshy recipes flatter the best cuts from homegrown butchery and smokehouse, CarniStore. Meat-lovers can feast on the Wild Wild Dawg, the Chili Joe, the Raging Rib, and the Brisky Beast to satisfy their bulky cravings.
SLAW founder, Chef Ali Yazdi – also known as Mr. SLAW – Explains, “Initially, we wanted to create a monthly special together, but we couldn’t choose between the different burger options. They were all too tempting! So instead of just one, we came up with four very different specials. Being obsessed with quality ingredients and premium meat, working with CarniStore on this has been a real blast.”
The weekly limited-edition meals start with the ‘Wild Wild Dawg’. From 5th – 12th November, guests can order the premium grilled Hot Dog with a dash of celery salt, served with fresh cucumber spear, fried onion pickles, and fresh tomato slices, all coated with SLAW’s ultimate trio of homemade sweet relish, honey mustard, BBQ and chipotle sauce, which is wrapped in a pillowy potato bun. The ‘Wild Wild Dawg’ will be priced at AED35.
In the second week of November (12th – 19th) The ‘Brisky Beast’ will make its debut at AED70. Picture a gourmet Brisket Strip and beef patty served with American cheese and homemade slaw, coated in heavenly raspberry chipotle sauce, and crowned with a fried pickle.
From 19th – 26th November, SLAW will introduce fans to the ‘Chili Joe’. A premium beef patty topped with American cheese, dill pickles, chili con carni and splashed with a serving of buttermilk ranch sauce, all sandwiched between a large bun. Served at AED45, guests can enjoy the delicious Chili Joe.
Watch out for Carnage’s grand finale: The ‘Raging Rib’, available from 26th November – 3rd December, this might be the wildest of all. A delicious Premium Carni Rib Bone, served with American cheese and a beef patty, accompanied by a side of juicy onion pickles and dill pickles. This meaty sensation is finished in a potato bun dripped with Raspberry chipotle sauce and topped with fried whole jalapeno for AED99.
The limited edition four burgers will be available for the month of November.
