Priced at only AED 55, customers can bite into a rich yet fluffy choux pastry filled with hazelnut and almond mousseline, served with vanilla ice cream, praline sauce and crunchy nougatine. Hand-crafted by Chef Fadi for this very occasion, the complex dessert hoists a perfectly edible chocolate leaf on top, glazed with the vibrant colours of the French Flag.
