Designed to be shared amongst the table, the special tasting menu – priced at AED 380 per person – showcases the freshest ingredients and most awe-inspiring flavours. In the spirit of love, a complimentary drink will be served on arrival where couples can choose from a Strawberries and Cream , Watermelon or Basil Paloma highball. Melt hearts and ease into the splendid dinner with signature starters such as Yellowtail Sashimi with yuzu-truffle dressing , Iceberg Lettuce and Angus Beef Tartare with truffle soy emulsion, ponzu pearls and nori puree . The most romantic night of the year is perfectly complemented with subsequent dishes including K ing C rab, B lack C od and P rawn dumplings , chicken wings with yuzu kosho honeyLamb Cutlets, Black Cod marinated in yuzu miso, ROKA baked potato and Yaki Asparagus. For an additional AED 200 per person, couples can also savour the pure breed Japanese Wagyu with eryngii mushrooms. The evening will be finished off on a sweet note with Raspberry Ivoire and Orange Usugiri with rose petal custard .
