Classic Fine Food is thrilled to be the Official Partner of Michelin Guide and Event Ceremony in Dubai on June 21

Dubai, UAE -: The pinnacle of fine dining excellence, the Michelin Guide, is coming to Dubai to showcase some of the highest quality ingredients and produce the world has ever seen. Classic Fine Foods is delighted to be collaborating with the Michelin Guide to bring this amazing event to the Arabian Gulf. Dubai is home to hundreds of nationalities and has a wide range of cuisines on offer. Because of the diverse nature of Dubai, this event is perfectly suited to the dining culture of the city.

Classic Fine Foods opened its UAE office in 2006, supplying luxury hotels and fine dining restaurants with the finest quality products imported from abroad. Since then, the company has gone from strength the strength, working with some of the finest establishments in the UAE, even opening a fine dining delivery service “Classic Deli UAE” in 2020 in the midst of the pandemic. They source and bring exceptional ingredients and unique gourmet products to the most demanding chefs around the world. By partnering with The Michelin Guide, Classic Fine Foods is taking another step towards redefining the art of gastronomy.

Dubai is set to become the latest addition to the Michelin Guide, which already covers 36 culinary destinations across North America, South America, Asia Pacific, and Europe. This one-of-a-kind event will feature some of the freshest and most sought-after ingredients in the world. The oysters that will be served at the Michelin dinner tables are so fresh; they were still underwater in the west coast of France until this Friday. The caviar, brought by the legendary Sturia, is grade 5 star quality. Bridor, the incredible pastry and bread specialists known globally for their reliability and consistency, will be supplying their delicious bread and pastries. Also on show will be the tantalising Weiss Chocolate, the world-famous cheese connoisseurs Les Freres Marchand, and the outstanding Australian meat supplier Stanbroke.

Gwendal Poullennec, International Director of the Michelin Guides remarked, “We are delighted to have the chance to bring this event to Dubai. Our team has been working hard to put everything into place and prepare the finest selection of ingredients and suppliers to partner with. We will truly be showcasing the best of Dubai’s gastronomy, in collaboration with Classic Fine Foods; we hope to reflect the unique diversity on show in the famed city.”

This heavenly partnership between Classic Fine Foods and Michelin Guide was conceived around the idea of being able to provide five-star quality ingredients, and this is done through the impressive brands Classic Fine Foods work with. The strong connections and direct links they have with such amazing brands, allow them to understand the whole chain, right from selecting the products to plating them in exquisite dishes. They are able to make things happen depending on the requests of the chefs and they have direct contact with the suppliers, ensuring reliability in the products they receive. Having a strong global connection, and being present in 11 countries, allows Classic Fine Foods to optimize its distribution channels, having stronger communication in the process.
