Couqley French Bistro & Bar has recently unveiled its Seasonal Specials. Due to popular demand, Couqley’s Grilled Spanish Octopus has made a return to the menu. The menu includes a fresh seafood starter such as the Hokkaido Scallop Ceviche and Handmade Tortellini for the main. The tortellini is dressed in an earthy, nutty, lemon beurre noisette sauce, guaranteed to leave customers wanting more. To make sure fans are able to get their hands on the specials more than once, the seasonal menu will be available until September 11th .
The Seasonal Specials are as follows:
STARTERS
• Hokkaido scallops ceviche, Passion fruit, Citrus dressing (raw) – AED89
• Grilled Spanish Octopus, Confit potato & Eggplant purée – AED99
MAIN COURSE
• Homemade tortellini, Asparagus, Ricotta & Parmesan, Lemon beurre noisette sauce (V) – AED99
Each item on the Season Special’s menu brings with it a twist of the season with either citrus dressing, passion fruit or lemon sauce to ensure an abundance of flavour in the range of an overall light menu.
Available only for a limited time from August 8th until the 11th of September, for dine-in.
