January, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: With the start of the new year and a change in cravings, Courtyard by Marriott Riyadh has curated and launched new menus for the first time since its opening in 2020. Inspired by “new beginnings”, Head Chef, Sofyan Alasmi, who holds over a decade of culinary experience across GCC, carefully designed the hotel’s second official menu to offer an array of unique and diverse palate pleasers in both Seven Restaurant and Circle’s Lounge.
With the official menus launching on the 1st of February, patrons can expect a variety of new options, catering to their dietary preferences and cravings, from lite bites, succulent mains to indulgent desserts.
New menu offerings include:
Seven Restaurant
Seven Restaurant offers diners the opportunity to dive into an array of selections from its international and Middle Eastern cuisine, available as a buffet or a la carte. As part of the starters, patrons can choose from a delectable variety of salads such as the fresh apple arugula salad lightly drizzled with honey dressing. The mains consist of options such as the prime Australian black Angus ribeye, served with delicious sides, topped with creamy sauce or the Chicken Garlic Kabab, served with the choice of white rice and grilled vegetables. Diners are also able to enjoy a buffet-style seafood night available every Thursday from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm, or a meaty, Charcoal evening buffet available every Tuesday from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
Circles Lounge
Circles Lounge offers a cozy and elegant ambiance with flexible, all-day service. As a space to either pause and relax or unwind and socialize, the lounge menu offers a selection of lite bites tapas and must-try options from berry salads to steak sandwiches. Those with a sweet tooth can indulge in desserts such as the Mixed Nut Tart, Orange Chocolate Cake, and Dark Chocolate Brownie, which can be perfectly paired with a steamy cup of premium tea or coffee as they select from flavors from around the world.
Guests can enjoy the restaurant and lounge outdoor terrace, with sweeping views of the Riyadh city skyline. Sofyan Alasmi, the Head Chef at Courtyard by Marriott comments, “Whilst creating the new dishes we took into consideration the change of season, and went to several loyal guests to find out which ingredients and items they would like to see more of. We believe the new menu is our best one yet and are looking forward to sharing this experience.”
